folks, I've taken on a few more jobs and have nothing even resembling
a steady weekly schedule, so Ged's Gals is going to go back to being
updated "whenever I damn well please," until I get
some normalcy back to my life. Thanks for being patient! Enjoy the new
strip. 5/1/07: Happy S&A day!! 4/15/07: In celebration of the new Rush album, we will have 7 consecutive strips in the week leading up to Snakes and Arrows, featuring cameos from the band. Whee! Ged's Gals is an Internet comic strip chronicling the lives of three lovely baristas and their work adventures at Ged's Coffehouse. Conceived in the fall of 2006, the first strip went live in October. Future plans include more strips and additions to our gay cult following. The comic strip is the brainchild of two women, complete polar opposites who live on either coast, linked together by a shared sense of humor and love for Geddy Lee. Why Geddy? Because Gene Simmons is cliche, and we are anything but. Ged's Gals, while not Rush-related, may contain the occasional reference to the Signals album cover (and a cameo or twelve), but ultimately everything you will see here will come from the minds of two highly caffeinated individuals. We're in this for the money, however much anybody is willing to pay. We certainly have paid our dues over the years. ;-) Link to Ged's Gals using this sweet button!
